The Diamond Attunement is a 90-minute live gathering that unfolds in three phases:
Phase I: Arrival & Attunement
We begin by arriving—into the body, the breath, and the vertical axis.

Phase II: Inquiry
From this resonance, we enter sacred inquiry.
You’ll be led through a sequence of intentional prompts—

Phase III: Integration
We close in stillness and spaciousness,

This is a live, participatory space.
