What is the intention of this gathering?
Rooting the Flame is a shared space of attunement within the eclipse corridor and the Year of the Fire Horse.
It intends to stabilise awareness as momentum builds — to reclaim sovereignty over attention, and to root into the deeper coherence beneath visible change.
What happens during the gathering?
We meet in shared presence. O’nai will open the space with a guided meditation and somatic attunement, orienting us toward coherence and rooted awareness. From there, we rest together in the field—allowing insight, stabilisation, and refinement to arise naturally.
There is nothing to perform or achieve.
Your presence is sufficient.
Your experience will unfold in its own way.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A quiet space and headphones are recommended. You may wish to have water nearby, a journal, or an object that anchors you to earth or flame — but simplicity is enough.
Arrive as you are.
What if I can’t attend live?
Your registration holds your place in the field. A replay will be shared with all who register, and the attunement can be entered at your own rhythm. Coherence is not confined to the clock.
How might integration unfold afterward?
After the gathering, allow space. Gentle movement, time in nature, journaling, or simple rest can support integration. Subtle recalibrations may continue over the days that follow.
