Field Audit

A two-session strategic consultation for creative entrepreneurs

You've built something real.
But somewhere between the vision and the current structure,
the signal has gotten diffuse.

The output is there.
The effort is real.
But something in the architecture no longer holds the original frequency
and you can feel it,
even if you can't yet name where.

You're not facing a crisis — but a threshold.
What it calls for is a precise read of where coherence has slipped,
and what needs to realign before the next stage.

Field Audit is a two-session strategic diagnostic
that aligns your outer systems with your true signal
— across message, offers, visibility, systems, and strategy.

How it works

Before we meet, I review your online presence — your website, your offers, the channels you're visible on. I come to our first session already reading the field.

In our first session — 90 minutes — we go deeper. I get to know your business, your original vision, and the person behind it. Through live inquiry, the patterns begin to surface: what's working, what's fragmenting, and where the architecture has drifted from the signal.

I then take a few days to consolidate what emerged. I prepare a written diagnostic and a strategic framework — a clear map of what needs to realign and how.

In our second session — 60 minutes — I walk you through the findings and we clarify the path forward together. You leave with the written summary as a reference to return to.

An optional follow-up session is available 3–4 weeks after the second session, for those who want continued support as the realignment takes shape.

Who it's for

Field Audit is designed for creative entrepreneurs who are:

  • Preparing for growth, expansion, or repositioning

  • Feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure what to prioritize

  • Visible in their business, but not seeing the traction or coherence they want

  • Working across too many channels without a strategy that feels clean or sustainable

  • Relying on reputation, referrals, or momentum that has carried them — but may no longer be sufficient for the next stage

  • Sensing that something is off, but unable to clearly locate where

A business can function for a long time on talent, referrals, and founder energy. That kind of system is forgiving of poor structure — for a while. But when you want to grow, refine, or scale, what has been working well enough often begins to show its limits.

Field Audit helps you identify those limits before you build further on top of them.

What we look at

Depending on your business, the audit covers:

Brand and message — Is your presence communicating clearly and cohesively? Does your voice speak precisely to the right people, or is it broad enough to speak to no one?

Offer positioning — Are your services described with enough clarity and relevance to convert? Are they priced and packaged in a way that reflects their actual value?

Channel strategy — Are you visible in the right places? Or spreading energy across channels that don't serve your goals or match your natural rhythm?

Content sustainability — Is your current output realistic and strategic, or demanding more than it returns?

Client journey and funnel — Is there a clear, functional path from first contact to conversion? Where is the journey breaking down?

Founder fit — I also assess how your business strategy aligns with your natural way of working — so that growth doesn't come at the cost of coherence or capacity.

How it works

Before we begin, you share your website and key social media channels. I review your full business presence prior to our first session.

Session 1 — Field Review (90 minutes) We meet for a live inquiry session. Together we examine your current business landscape — your message, offers, channels, structure, and the patterns already showing themselves. We identify where things are holding together, where energy is leaking, and where your current setup may no longer support your next stage of growth.

Synthesis Following Session 1, I take a few days to consolidate what emerged. I prepare a written summary of key findings — a clear document outlining where your business is coherent, where it is fragmented, and what I recommend you prioritize first.

Session 2 — Strategic Direction (60 minutes) We meet again to walk through the findings together. This session translates the audit into clear priorities and practical next steps — what to strengthen, what to simplify, what to stop, and where to place your focus going forward. You leave with the written summary as a reference document to return to as you move ahead.

What you leave with

By the end of Field Audit, you will have:

  • A clear view of what is already working — and what is not

  • Precise identification of where your message, offers, channels, or systems are out of alignment

  • Strategic priorities tailored to your current stage and natural way of working

  • Concrete next steps: what to refine, simplify, strengthen, or restructure

  • A written summary of findings and recommendations to guide your next move.

What makes this different

Field Audit is not a generic business review or a surface-level brand assessment.

It is a strategic diagnostic that looks at both the structure of the business and the operating pattern of the person behind it. Most strategists look at the business. Most coaches focus on the person. This process does both — because misalignment between how a founder naturally works and the strategy they are trying to execute is one of the most common and least visible causes of stagnation.

The goal is not to add more to your plate. It is to help you see more clearly — so that what you do next is grounded, focused, and built on coherent ground.
